I offer a variety of restorative services including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massage, Traditional Usui Reiki (5th generation!) and a variety of other energy work modalities to help you feel your best. I also teach a variety of classes on Reiki (see Reiki tab) and meditation.
Therapeutic massage is great to relieve pain and help the body to let go of the stress that accumulates in our muscles, nerves, tissues & fascia.
